IPS congratulates property deal of $272m by UAE investment firm

The Emirates Strategic Investments Company owned by Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently acquired two income-inducing, multipurpose properties in the UAE. The property deal of 1,352 homes and offices in the AED1 billion ($272m) deal are situated in prime locations within the UAE.

The property purchase encompasses residential and commercial units comprising a built-up area of 238,800 square metres and is acclaimed to yield more than 8 percent expected income.
