Welcome to IPS 2026.
Now in its 22nd edition, IPS is a real estate investment platform, aligned with the vision of the Dubai Land Department to attract global investment and promote Dubai as a premier real estate destination. Bringing together developers, investors, institutions, and innovators- IPS offers a dynamic space to explore opportunities, showcase projects, and build strategic partnerships.
IPS 2026 is happening on 13-15 April 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) in Hall No 4-8, Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Subway
Take the Red Line directly to the World Trade Centre Station. The venue is a short walk from the station.

Admission Policy
Entrance to the exhibition is free for professional visitors, allowing them the flexibility to re-enter at any time during the event using their provided visitor badges. To streamline the process and avoid onsite queues, all visitors are encouraged to complete pre-registration online via the link on the event website.
Badge Policy
Access: Your badge grants entry to all three days of the exhibition.
One Person Only: Each badge is valid for one participant and cannot be shared.
Verification: You may be required to present valid ID for onsite verification at the venue.
Note: Children under 16 need to be accompanied by adults throughout the event.
