Founded in 2009 by Giovanna Guzman, International Realty Group is a Florida full-service boutique real estate brokerage, specializing in the luxury market. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, IRG has international offices in Turkey, Mexico, and Dominican Republic, and in 2023 will launch offices in Canada and Colombia. Speaking over five languages combined, among them: English, Spanish, Turkish, French, and Portuguese, our dedicated team of knowledgeable and experienced real estate professionals, understands the unique needs and preferences of our diverse local and international clientele.
