FURAS is the unified gateway for municipal and real estate investment opportunities offered by government entities in various Saudi cities. It was launched in 2018, as a contribution to achieving the goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and enhancing the quality of life in Saudi cities.

FURAS aims to provide a comprehensive digital investment experience for investors by showcasing diverse investment opportunities, facilitating the purchase of RFPs, application submissions, contract signings, and site acquisitions electronically. It also enhances the participatory role of investors with government entities in the development and prosperity of Saudi cities.
