Dr. Damien is a real estate strategy and development expert with over 20 years of experience across the GCC and Europe, specializing in commercial real estate development, asset management, and highest & best use (HBU) strategies. He has advised major developers such in the GCC and currently serves as a Consultant at Alandalus Property Company in Riyadh. Holding a PhD in Real Estate & Urban Economics, he has also worked as an Associate Professor, lecturing on real estate, finance, and economics. Dr. Damien is actively involved in industry research and conferences, with a strong focus on PropTech, real estate innovation, and sustainable urban development.
