Criteria:

This category honors a distinguished real estate development firm that has shown exceptional performance, innovation, and leadership in the industry over the past year. 

Criteria:

  • Projects: A diverse portfolio of successful real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments and showcase up to three of your company’s most notable development projects, including year developed, type, location and photos.

This category rewards a completed building that have been operational for at least 12 months (Hotel, Commercial, Residential, School, Healthcare Building, Public Building, etc).
